Referring Physicians
Lipman Mandell Retina Center strives to provide easy access and excellent communication to our patients as well as to our referring doctors throughout Virginia and North Carolina.
For the convenience of our referring doctors, we provide a referral form (see below) which can be completed quickly and easily and faxed to our office or sent to our office with your patient.
It is always best to have your staff call our nearest office to alert our doctor that your patient is on the way. In the event that a Mandell Retina Center physician is not available immediately, our staff will work with you to provide timely care for your patient. In the event that one of our offices is closed, phone calls will automatically be routed to the next closest Lipman Mandell Retina Center office.
